How to operate and maintain the cyclone?

1、 Pre start check

Before starting the cyclone, it should be checked first. The main contents are as follows:

2. Whether the air tightness of the dust collector installation joint is qualified;

3. The joint of dust collector and air duct, the joint of ash hopper and the air tightness of ash hopper and ash discharging device.

2、 Operation precautions

1. Pay attention to the change of the worn part, especially the inner wall of the outer cylinder where the dust gas collides;

2. If the gas temperature is too low, it will cause dust adhesion and blockage, so we should always pay attention to monitoring the change of pneumatic temperature in the process of operation;

3. Pay attention to whether the air tightness of the connection parts between the cyclone and each pipe is good;

4. Pay attention to the change of gas flow and dust concentration.

3、 Stop

After the system stops operation, the cyclone shall continue to operate until the dust collector is 100% filled with air. This can effectively prevent dust adhesion and accumulation, reduce the possibility of dust corrosion of the dust collector.

4、 Maintenance

1. Clean the ash outlet regularly to prevent blockage and gas backflow;

2. In the parts where the dust laden airflow collides violently, the wear-resistant plate with better wear resistance should be replaced or the wear-resistant lining should be added;

3. Regularly check whether the dust collector will leak;

4. Keep the dust dry to prevent blockage.
