In the 19th century, the method of pneumatic conveying of materials has been applied in port and wharf, factory grain transportation and other projects, but it is not widely used in the chemical industry. At the end of the 20th century, with the rapid development of PVC processing and application, the production of PVC appeared the trend of large-scale and intensive. So far, PVC pneumatic conveying technology has been more and more applied.
Based on the natural endowment of Xinjiang's rich resources, Zhongtai group has unswervingly strengthened, optimized and expanded the main industry of chlor alkali chemical industry, adhered to the combination of independent R & D and external introduction, and made great efforts to promote industrial scale, cleaning and intellectualization. Seven industrial bases have been built in Urumqi, Changji, Turpan, Korla, Aksu, Hotan and Tajikistan to open up the whole industrial chain of "coal electricity limestone calcium carbide PVC engineering, medical plastics" and "coal electricity salt alkali viscose yarn weaving clothing".
At present, Zhongtai group has invested more than 14 billion yuan in four major projects in Changji, Turpan and Bazhou, including Fukang fine chemical project, tokson Tianyu coal chemical project, Korla Zhongtai Petrochemical PTA project and tokson energy chemical high performance resin project.
On November 12, 2019, the 300000 ton high performance resin project of Xinjiang Zhongtai chemical tuokesun Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xinjiang Zhongtai group, was officially put into operation. As an enterprise with more than 40 years of experience in pneumatic conveying, Nanjing Xiangrui Powder Engineering Co., Ltd. has provided bulk PVC pneumatic conveying system and PVC grinding system for the project, which has fully helped the overall and healthy development of high-performance resin industry of Zhongtai group.
