1. Air purification

The air inlet should be equipped with a filter to purify the air, so as to prevent a large amount of dust from mixing into the material with the air. Here, Xiangrui would like to remind you that the air inlet should be located far away from the ground (pollution source), so as to prevent the pollution of raw materials and finished fiber, so as to ensure the quality of finished fiber.

2. Air inlet

Due to the lack of air inlet in the suction conveying device, the suction pipe orifice is directly shaken into the material or directly connected to the lower chute of the inclined bucket. Because there is not enough air and the material cannot be transported continuously, the material is broken and blocked, and the normal transportation cannot be carried out. In order to prevent the above situation, it must be considered to set the air inlet in the appropriate position.

3. Feed control valve (rotary feed valve)

In order to reduce the loss of pressure head at the feed port, close the pipeline, add the material quantitatively and mix the air evenly, the feeding control valve should be installed at the feed port to ensure that the feed gas can be controlled within a certain range, and the pneumatic conveying device can operate normally.. However, in some factories, there is a lack of regulating feeding valve on the pneumatic conveying device, resulting in uneven feeding and unstable concentration of materials in the air, which eventually leads to pipeline blockage.

4. Form of feeding port

If the positive pressure blowing material and open feeding are used, the bulk hopper should not be considered as a jet hopper. The so-called jet type is that the high-speed airflow is sprayed at the blanking place, resulting in negative pressure and relative vacuum at the blanking place, which makes the material easy to fall and mix with the jet airflow. This enables the smooth delivery of materials. It can also prevent materials from spraying out from the blanking port, eliminate waste of materials and keep the production workshop clean.

5. Pipeline

The inner wall should be smooth and clean, without depression and air leakage, and the turning should be as few as possible, so as to ensure the working speed of air flow, and reduce the abrasion of material impact on the pipe, especially the elbow.

6. Dust removal equipment

When transporting granular materials, due to the friction and collision of pipes, more dusty gas is produced. If it is simply discharged, it will not only cause waste of materials, but also cause pollution to the workshop and environment. Therefore, cyclone dust collector can be used to separate the dusty air, so as to reduce the waste of materials and protect the environment.
